Pickle: Group Vote & Decide
Add options, everyone votes, the group decides
Group polls for where to eat, what to watch, and whose turn it is.
Free. Nothing to install, no account.
How it is used
Pickle is a group poll and decision maker: where to eat, what to watch, whose turn it is. Anyone can add options, everyone gets one vote, and the group keeps a record of every decision it makes.
No more "I don't care, you pick" in the group chat. Start a group, bring in your friends, family, or roommates with an invite code, a link, or a QR code, and put the question to a vote.
HOW A GROUP VOTE WORKS
Anyone in the group can open a decision and add options. Options are free text, so you can vote on anything: a restaurant, a movie, a weekend plan, who does the dishes. Each person gets one vote and can change it until the vote closes. Votes aren't anonymous: everyone in the group sees who voted for what.
A vote closes when the person who opened it or the group owner closes it, when any member closes it once everyone has voted, or on its own when the last member votes, in any group of two or more. The option with the most votes wins. A tie is settled by a random draw, made once and saved, and votes that come in after the close don't change the result. Tap "Ask again" to reopen the same question with the same options and no votes, handy for the decisions you make every week.
THE RECORD
Every closed decision stays in the group, newest first. Next to each member you'll see how often they voted with the winning side and how many winning options they suggested. No leaderboard, no badges, just a number next to each name. After a month, you'll know who really picks dinner.
TWO PEOPLE ARE ENOUGH
There's no lobby to fill. When nothing's up for a vote, Pickle suggests a quick this-or-that warm-up question, and one tap turns it into a real vote with yours already in.
